Lessons are available for children ages 3+.
Adult classes are also available.
Prices listed on my profile are for 1-on-1 classes.
Sibling and group packages are available at discounted rates.
Class packages must be used within the agreed time period (e.g. 3 months).
Pay monthly packages available.
Packages are non-refundable once started.
Package Expiry Dates
1 to 10 Lessons : 3 Months
11 to 20 Lessons : 6 Months
21 to 30 Lessons : 9 Months
31 to 40 Lessons : 12 Months
All classes must be used up within this time.
I want you to feel in control of your membership! You can cancel anytime up until 3 days before your next renewal payment is due.
To cancel, simply:
- Cancel directly through your Stripe account, or
- Send me a message on WhatsApp +44 7778 376826
Make sure to cancel before the deadline to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Once your cancellation is processed, you won’t be charged again.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson.
Lessons cancelled within 12 hours will be charged in full.
If the teacher cancels, the class will be rescheduled.
Classes will be marked as complete if the student is late by:
– 5 minutes for a 25-minute class
– 10 minutes for a 50-minute class
Lessons will not be extended due to lateness.
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working microphone, and camera.
If the teacher experiences technical issues, the class will be rescheduled or extended to cover missed time, where possible.
If the student’s technology fails, the class will be charged unless cancelled within the notice period.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Inappropriate or offensive behaviour will result in classes being terminated.
For children, a responsible adult should be nearby during lessons.
Adults receive a Google document with corrections and notes after each class.
Materials are provided digitally, you do not need to bring anything to class unless you’d like to write notes.
I do not provide homework.
No refunds are offered for completed or late-cancelled classes.
Refunds are only offered if classes cannot be provided by the teacher.
