Lessons are available for children aged 3 and above.
Adult classes are also available.
Prices listed on my profile are for 1-to-1 classes.
Sibling and group packages are available at discounted rates.
Class packages must be used within the agreed time period:
1–10 lessons: 3 months
11–20 lessons: 6 months
21–30 lessons: 9 months
31–40 lessons: 12 months
All lessons must be used within the applicable timeframe. Expired lessons cannot be refunded or carried over.
Monthly packages are available. Packages are non-refundable once started.
You may cancel your membership at any time up to 3 days before your next billing date.
To cancel:

Cancellations must be made before the deadline to avoid being charged for the following month. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson.
Lessons cancelled within 12 hours of the start time will be charged in full.
If the teacher cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Lessons will be considered complete if the student is late by:
5 minutes for a 25-minute lesson
10 minutes for a 50-minute lesson
Lessons will not be extended due to lateness.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, working microphone, and camera.
If the teacher experiences technical issues, the lesson will be rescheduled or extended where possible.
If the student experiences technical issues, the lesson will still be charged unless sufficient notice has been given in line with the cancellation policy.
All students are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
Any inappropriate, offensive, or indecent behaviour towards the teacher will result in the immediate termination of the lesson or course, at the teacher’s discretion, with no refund issued.
For students under 18, a responsible adult must be present or nearby during all lessons.
The teacher is committed to providing a safe and professional online learning environment.
Any form of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct — including sexual, verbal, or non-verbal behaviour — will not be tolerated.
Students must be appropriately dressed and participate from a suitable environment.
The teacher reserves the right to end a lesson immediately if the student’s behaviour, appearance, or environment is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Where necessary, serious incidents may be reported to relevant authorities.
Lessons are not recorded by the teacher unless requested and agreed in advance.
Any recordings will only be made with the consent of all participants.
Students must not record lessons without prior permission from the teacher.
Adult students will receive a Google document after their first class, this will have corrections and notes. It will get updated each lesson.
All materials are provided digitally. Students may take additional notes if they wish.
Homework is not provided unless agreed in advance.
No refunds are provided for completed lessons or lessons cancelled within the 12-hour notice period.
Refunds are only issued in cases where lessons cannot be delivered by the teacher.
